Jill has a BS degree in exercise science, combined with current Personal Training and Performance Nutrition certifications. In addition to staying up to date with the newest research and training topics for everything health and fitness, Jill also is involved with the sport of bodybuilding.
Unfortunately it is not uncommon in our current times for people to struggle with body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and self love. Jill has had her own battles with body image and binge eating in the past, but from these experiences has learned a great deal on working with clients that may be going through their own struggles.

Dislike broccoli? No problem - you can make just as fast progress eating other foods you enjoy!
