Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
I only take on a handful of clients at a time, so that I can devote my time to each person and be a partner in their journey. Wherever you are at in your journey, I'm there to help. I'll update your foods/macros not only just to hit numbers, but to make it work with YOUR schedule, and make it enjoyable for you! Want to work in a specific food/ type of meal? You got it! Going on a trip? I can help you plan and prepare. Your success is my success and I'M HERE FOR IT!
It all depends on you & the effort you put in! I will do everything in my power to provide the roadmap and assistance to get there in the fastest, yet safest way possible, to ensure that you learn along the way, and you aren't sacrificing your health for extremes which won't be maintainable long term.
